MovingIn

We are flexible about how we allocate the space so the plan has to do more with our intentions that with what will happen. In practice we plan to apply principles of communal living that we're developing together. That means that you and any new arrival will be a part of that discussion. We're trying to learn for ourselves and from each other how can we make a great living together where 'together' includes you.
We believe that more important that any abstract project are the people so if you like the general ideas that we have we'll eventually come up with details that would satisfy everybody.  If we want to do something together it will be just a matter of time. We're trying to keep the project open such that people coming will be able to leave their mark on it.

As you can see, at the moment we're renting a 140sqm flat of 5 rooms. The plan would be to find more like-minded people and we're always happy to find you.

There is no way to be sure you want to be a part of this project. As a matter of fact, if you're reading this you are already quite a rare creature. There are not so many people who would even seem interested in living together, sharing their lives with others and try more in the way we describe here. If you are interested it worths to contact us and ask the questions, set up a meeting etc. to get to know each other.

Getting a place to sleep, work, eat, live is a small part of what you're getting into.

To do list (as we noticed so far):

  • Explore the website - try to understand what we're trying to do. Write down all the questions you have and email them to us or set up a meeting to talk about them. If we moved in already you are welcome to our place.
  • If everything seems how you imagined Sign Up for an account. This will give you access to the entire platform and allow you to actively join where you're interests are. This is necessary because we're trying to lead much of our activities online such that other people with similar ideas can use what we learn. You can sign up at the last possible moment - we're not eager to have inactive accounts.
  • Check Communication to see how you can reach people.
  • If you want to be aware of what happens on the site click on 'More Actions' >'Subscribe to site changes' - you'll receive updates for any modifications - later you can refine this to your area of concern.
  • Join the Facebook group
  • Fill in the questionnaire
  • Create a page for yourself (under Who) and get familliar with Google Sites.

We'll help every step of the way.

Joining this project means you are building it - coordinate with the others but don't just wait for things to get done. Make it happen!
