A early start to a Mindful day! 


Every morning, in the stairwell, at 7am.  Bring a cushion, breath, and your buddha nature. 

Anapana meditation, Vipassana meditation, and Zazen meditation.  Or any silent and seated meditation.

All bodhisattva's welcome!!
