Being clear on hosting

somebody neglected to tell Valeria that staying in the project is not "for however long you want".

Luckily, Tau found out about this, and told her she was on the calender 'till Wednesday. Quite bad for her, it only gives her 24 hours to find another place.

Our persistent bad communication with guests?

note from Lucian: Until we mange to document the "Valeria case" properly we should say, to avoid misunderstandings, that the problem was not that she wanted to stay "for however long I want". While she did say "I thought I can stay here for however long I want" we could not digest well her explicit and implicit lack of care for the people with who she shared the house. Moreover, despite being told several times that she makes everybody uncomfortable and she should not stay longer then initially agreed she decided to take it upon herself and stay because her other host was not located in a "central enough position". All these created the context where "I can stay here for how long as I want" sounded offensive and harmful. We are trying to create here a place where friendship is the base for everything and this kind of behavior undermines our efforts.
Apart from this extreme case we love people to feel and be here for longer rather than shorter.
