Keeping appointments

We shouldn't change the meetings the day of their occurrence any longer as a guideline.
It leaves very little time for information to filter through .

Exceptions would be a clear confirmation that everyone has been made aware.
I think we left Paul out and potentially others due to our indecisiveness and  lack of communication.  It isn't considerate.

Also,

Food should not be served AT meeting scheduled start time.  Atleast one half hour before or
..
maybe after, to encourage efficiency and action?

HOWEVER

I think tonight our follow through and ability to all together, with many guests coordinate an outside meeting did show a dedication to the process of sharing and communication with one another.

I am willing to not take meetings so strictly so long as we understand why they are important.
I feel a large problem we had was failing to meet as a group after we started the flat and since the process has continually consensuallly and spontaneously started again I feel that we can understand eachothe rmore.

This is paramount if we are to live together.  We have to understand and speak to one another individually and as a group.
